Bodyweight Bench Press
There is no time component to "Lynne". You must go directly from the bench press to your pull-up bar and get to work, resting as needed between rounds. 5 minutes of rest is suggested, however, keep track of time so you don't run over.
Modify so you can get 5+ reps bench AND pull-ups on the first round.
