Strength/Skill

A1: L-seated DB Press (4 Sets x 8)

A2: Side Swing + Jump- Jump rope (4 Sets x 10-20 reps. )

A3: Ring Rows (4 Sets x 10-15)

4 Rounds for time:
12 HSPU
60 Double-Unders
12 Renegade Row (50/35)
time cap: 12 minutes
Renegade Row = Push up + Row L + Row R

Intent is to move steadily through this with minimal rest. Your triceps are going to be tested. Don't go to failure and modify so you can reliably get the pushing done in 2-3 sets max. Sub 2:1 for dubs or 75 seconds of attempts/work.
