A1: Farmer's Carry Deadlift (5 Sets x 5)
Farmer's handle on each side, deadlift to extension
Handles are 22lb each.
15 Minute EMOM:
min 1- 75' Farmer's Carry (Handles + 140/90)
min 2- AMRAP Russian KB Swing (24/16)
min 3- 2 Wall Walk
Farmer's Carry will be 25' lengths.
Put handles down, turn around, pick immediately back up.
Entire handle must cross the line before you start the next length.
