Warm-up

2 Sets:
30' High Knee Lunge + Twist
30' Lateral Lunge
30' Bear Crawl
10 Tuck up
10 Crab Extensions

Strength/Skill

A1: Weighted Step-ups (4 Sets x 5/side)
Hold DBs in Front Rack, stay tall, eyes forwards

A2: Broad Jump (4 Sets x 3 Attempts for max distance (on 1 jump))

A3: V-up (4 Sets x 12)
Start and finish in a hollow hold, legs together. Pike up and tap toes with fingertips.
