A1: Handstand Walk (3 Sets x 10')
Modify to Partner Pike Wheelbarrow Walk, Spotted HS Walk, or HS Walk to Wall

A2: Pistols (3 Sets x 3/side)
Modify to In-line lunge or Box Pistols

A3: Dual Russian KB Swing (3 Sets x 8-12)


21 Minute AMRAP:

Teams of 2-3:
P1: 400m Run

P2: 20' Handstand Walk
20 KB Swing (24kg/16kg)
10 Alternating Pistols

When P1 gets back from run, they pick up where P2 left off, and P2 goes for 400m run.
For teams of more than 2, reps stay the same, split work up anyhow still proceeding in same order.
