MOVEMENT PREP:
Scorpion Stretch x 1min/side

10 High Knee Cossack Squat

10 Yoga Push up
10 Deadbug

STRENGTH/SKILL:
Bench Press
5 Sets x 8-12
-With all working sets you should end with 2-3 reps still left in the tank, roughly 65-75% 1RM (if you know it.)

CONDITIONING:

100-80-60-40-20 Double-Unders
