10 Reverse Lunge w/High Step
10 Cossack Squats
10 Sit up
:15/side Side Plank
then
400m Run

STRENGTH/SKILL:
8 minute EMOM:
Power Clean x 2

-Build in weight above what you plan to use for conditioning

CONDITIONING:
24min AMRAP:
400m Run
9 Power Clean (135/95)
18 Sit up

Power clean weight should be something you can confidently perform fast and unbroken on the first couple rounds.
