WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
2 Sets:
10 Pause Jump Squats
10 Scap Pull ups
10 High Knee Lunge + Twist
10 Yoga Push up
5 Burpees
then
"Cone/Snatch"

CONDITIONING:
10TH ANNIVERSARY WORKOUT

Teams of up to 6:
30 Minute AMRAP
100 High-Five Burpees
400m Sandbag Carry (150/100lb)
100 Pull ups
200m Walking Lunge
100 Box Jumps (24"/20")

1 Person working at a time (2 for burpees)
Everybody travels for carries and lunges
