WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:

10 PVC BTN Front Squat
10 PVC BTN Rack Lunge
10 PVC BTN Cossack Squat
5 Inchworm
then
Run 200m

STRENGTH/SKILL:
Clean:
15 minutes to find a heavy triple

CONDITIONING:

Run 1 Mile
15 Burpees Over Barbell
30 Power Clean (135/95)
15 Burpees Over Barbell
time cap: 17 minutes

1 Mile is to 7th and back. Alternately, 1 block south to Samson and run to 8th out and back.
