Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
We will be running this as a standard, one-hour workout. After a brief warm-up, you'll be capped at 20 minutes for back squat, 10 minutes for the strict press, and 20 minutes for the deadlift. 3 working attempts and you're done.
