10 Cossack Squats
5 Burpees
10 Yoga Push ups
5 Squat Jumps
then
Run 400m

CONDITIONING:
Teams of 2--
25min AMRAP:
400m KB Carry (32kg/24kg)
40 Knees to Elbows
40 Goblet Squat (32kg/24kg)
40 Cal Assault Bike

-1 KB/team
-Both partners do 400m, other work split up anyhow
-1 person working at a time

FINISHER:
As a class, collect 2000 Single Unders
