Banded X-Walk x 10
Walking Lunge x 10
Cossack Squat x 10
Scap Push up x 10
Tuck up x 10

STRENGTH/SKILL:
A. Deadlift x 5
--15 minutes to find a challening set of 5 where you can move fast.Touch and go with great form.

3 Sets:
B1. Feet Elevated Ring Row x 7
B2. V-up x 7

CONDITIONING:
5 Rounds for time:
7 Deadlift (185/125)
14 Ring Row
21 Sit up
time cap: 14 minutes

--For Ring Row, use an angle that you can go unbroken for first round, but will challenge you.
