STRENGTH/SKILL:

A1. Front Squat x 5
-stay light (sub 65%) with excellent form and inspiring speed.

A2. Med Ball Sit up x 10

CONDITIONING:

Front Squat (225/155)
Sit-up (10x reps)
time cap: 18 minutes

Front Squats may come from a rack.
Go heavy.
