30' Lateral Lunge
30' Bear Crawl
30' Reverse Bear Crawl
30' Inchworm
30' Duckwalk

STRENGTH/SKILL:
A. Every 90 seconds x 6
Hang Power Clean x 3
--stay relatively light here.
--practice cycling the bar- 3 Hang Power Cleans without stopping
--still perfect front rack position, full hip engagement every rep

4 sets:
B1. Seated Box Jump x 3
B2. Lateral Box Jump x 2/direction

CONDITIONING:
