30' Spiderman Step + Overhead Reach
30' Inchworm
30' Bear Crawl
30' Reverse Bear Crawl
30' Lateral Lunge

STRENGTH:
4 Rounds:
A1. Jumping Back Squat x 8
-no more than 20% of 1RM
A2. Ring Push-ups x 8
A3. Cossack Squat x 4/side
-hold KB goblet style if form is great
A4. Ring Plank x :20

CONDITIONING:
3 Rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
15 Burpees
