5 Inchworm

then:
"Thunderstruck Challenge"
--play 'Thunderstruck' by AC/DC
--every time you hear 'thunder' or 'thunderstruck', do 1 burpee

CONDITIONING:
Teams of 4:
Row 10,000 meters
Squat 10,000lbs
Swing 10,000kgs

-2 rowers, 2 barbells per team
-all team members may be working at once
-swings are Russian KB Swings
