10 PVC Thrusters
10 Front Rack Clean Grip Sotts Press
10 Yoga Push-ups
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge
10 Crab Extensions

STRENGTH:
14min E2MOM
A. High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
--add weight every set.
--You will share a bar with a partner. Be efficient.

CONDITIONING:
21min AMRAP:
Teams of 3, alternate complete, unbroken, rounds:
5 Hang Power Clean (135/95)
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press

--if you put the bar down, entire team must do 5 burpees each, the next person in line starts their round. Broken rounds do not count towards your score.
