Plank Shoulder Taps x 10/side
Side Plank Starfish Extension x 5/side
Scap Push up x 10
Yoga Push-up x 10
Cossack Squat x 10
Pause Jump Squat x 10

STRENGTH:
3 sets:
A1. Handstand hold x :30
A2. Barbell Curls x 10
A3. Strict T2B x 10

CONDITIONING:
Every 3 minutes x 5:
1 min AMRAP:
7/5 cals on bike
AMRAP burpees in remaining time
