PVC Front Rack Stretch x 1min/side

:30 jump rope
PVC Front Rack Back Squat x 10
PVC Thrusters x 10

STRENGTH:

Warm your clean up to something you feel confident about UNDER FATIGUE. Probably 80-90% for most.

CONDITIONING:
CrossFit Open 18.2

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats
Bar-facing burpees
