10 Cossack Squat
10 Single Arm KB Swing
10 KB Clean
10 KB Press
10 KB Plank Pull-thru
3 Turkish Get-up/side

STRENGTH:
4 sets:
A1. Weighted Box Push x 30' (add weight on top of box)
A2. Strict Knees-to-Elbows x 8
A3. Lateral Box Jump (2 feet) x 3/side
A4. KB Cross Body Walk x 30'/side

CONDITIONING:
Every 3 minutes x 5 (15min)
10/7 cal Assault Bike
30' Box Push (+45#/empty)
