30' Inchworm
30' High Knees

STRENGTH:
Every 90 seconds x 6 sets (9min)

Push Press x 5
-try to add weight every round

CONDITIONING:
Teams of 2, split up the work any way you like:

50 Box jumps (24"/20")
50 Pull-ups
50 Russian KB Swings (32/24kg)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Toes to Bar
50 Push Press (45/33)
50 Wall Ball (20/14, 11'/10')
50 AbMat Sit ups
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders

--if odd number of people, a team of 3 will complete 75 reps of each movement
