10 High Knee Lunge + Twist
10 Scap Push ups
10 Yoga Push ups
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge

STRENGTH:
2-3 sets:
A1. 10 Jumping Back Squat
--stay light and fast
A2. 5/side Renegade Row
A3. 5-10 Strict HSPU

--Note work may be capped to allow time for conditioning
