MOVEMENT PREP:
PVC Front Rack Stretch x 1min/side

2 sets:
10 PVC Front Rack Back Squat
10 Pause Jump Squats
10 Cossack Squats
10 Scap Push up
10 Scap Pull up
5 Inchworm
3 Wall Walk

STRENGTH:
Hang Clean x 2

Find a heavy double for today, no more than 8 sets.

CONDITIONING:
6 rounds for time:
6 Handstand Push-up
6 Hang Power Clean (95/65)* (155/105)**
6 Toes-to-Bar

time cap: 11min
Scale volume (reps and/or rounds) so you can move continously though this piece. Any rest should be short and purposeful-- better to move well and smoothly than spend time standing around wishing your triceps worked again.
