30' Broad Jump
30' Inchworm
30' High Knees

STRENGTH:
3 sets:
A1. Feet-Elevated Ring Row x 10
A2. Weighted Lunge x 5/leg

--For weighted lunge, you can hold DBs suitcase style or front rack
--Any height that is challenges you while you maintain good form is acceptable on ring rows.
