MOVEMENT PREP:
PVC Front Rack Stretch x 1min/side
2 sets:
10 PVC Front Rack Back Squat
10 Pause Jump Squats
10 Cossack Squats
10 Scap Push up
10 Scap Pull up
5 Inchworm
3 Wall Walk

STRENGTH:
12min EMOM:
min 1- Strict HSPU @20X2 x 5
min 2- Clean + Hang Power Clean (1+1)
-add weight every set

CONDITIONING:
For time:
100 Hang Power Clean (135/95)
-at the top of every minute, including the first minute, do (3) Burpees
time cap: 13 minutes
