MOVEMENT PREP:

30' High Knee Lunge + Twist
30' Lateral Lunge
30' High Knees
10 Scap Push up
10 Scap Pull up
2 Wall Walks w/3sec pause at top

STRENGTH:
3 rounds:
A1. Weighted Shoulder Flexion Pull x 7
A2. 1-arm Handstand hold x :10/side
A3. Face-up Chinese Plank x :30

-can do on boxes or benches
-note only heels and shoulders touching
-add weight if easy

CONDITIONING:
20min AMRAP:
20 Pull ups
20 Push ups
20 Sit-ups
20 Squats
