10 Banded Good Morning
20 Banded X-Walk (10/direction)
10 Cossack Squat (5/direction)
5 Inchworm
10 Squat w/Thoracic Rotation

STRENGTH:
A. Barbell Suitcase Deadlift x 3/side x 5 sets
--stay square, tall, and balanced all the way up. These get tricky, so start conservatively.

CONDITIONING:
Row 20min for distance

OPTIONAL FINISHER:
2-3 sets:
20 Pike lift
:20 Hollow Hold
20/side Russian Twist
