MOVEMENT PREP:
Pigeon pose x 1min/side

2 sets:
Yoga Push up x 10
Jump Squat x 10
High Knee Lunge x 10
Cossack Squat x 10
Mountain Climber x 20

STRENGTH:
3 rounds:
A1. Behind-the-neck Squat Press x 5
A2. Deck Squat x 5
A3. Lateral Box Jumps x 3/direction

CONDITIONING:
1 mile loaded carry

As a team, everyone carries something. Plates, KBs, Sand, Bars, DBs, etc. Weight vests and rucks may be worn but don't count as a carried object--
Challenge yourself. Get weird.

Move as a group.

Stay together.
