WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
Foam Roll Quads- 3min
Wall Quad stretch- 1min/side

2 sets:
10 Spiderman Step
10 Cossack Squat
10 Duck Walk
10 Jump Squat
10 Yoga Push up
:20/side side plank


STRENGTH:
A. Bounding hurdles x 4

-set up hurdles as shown at any height. start conservatively.
-Work towards bounding-- fast jumps are better than higher jumps. Fast, high, jumps are the best.

CONDITIONING:
Teams of up to 4. Partners can only swap after complete lengths of the room, but may otherwise split work however they like. Everyone completes syncronized movements, everyone runs.
