30' High Knees
30' Lateral squats
30' Crab walk
30' Spiderman step w/OH Reach

STRENGTH:
4 sets:
A1. Bulgarian Split Squats x 10/side -- bodyweight only, focus on ROM and form
A2. SA L-seated DB Press x 8/arm-- 1 arm at a time. No leaning, no walls.
