10 Lunges
10 Scap Push ups
10 Sit ups
10 Duck Walks
10 Cossack Squat
10 Tuck Jump

CONDITIONING:
Teams of up to 6, everyone starts at a station an rotates each minute

32min EMOM:
station 1- Assault Bike Calories
station 2- Burpee Box Jump (24"/20")
station 3- Double KB Push Press (16kg/12kg)
station 4- Sit ups
station 5- Heavy Sandbag Carry, 30' passes
station 6- Rest

Score is total reps (Calories + all reps + 30' passes)
