10 Spiderman step w/OH Reach
30 seconds jump rope
10 Pause Jump Squats
30 seconds jump rope
10 Duck Walk

STRENGTH:
Clean:
Find 1 RM

CONDITIONING:
11min AMRAP:
1 Front Squat (185/125)
10 Double Unders
2 Front Squat
20 Double Unders
3 Front Squat
30 Double Unders...

--continue adding 1 clean and 10 double unders each round.
--double unders cap out at 60 reps
--Front Squat should be not more than 80% of 1RM Clean
--bars come from the floor. obviously.
