10 Jump Squats
:30 Jump Rope
10 Scap Push up
10 Scap Pull ups
:10 Active Lat Hang

CONDITIONING:
“The Reckoning”
5 Rounds for time of:
250m Row
15 Burpees
15 Pull-ups
20 Double-Unders
*30 minute cap*

-Work/Rest 1:1 every round
-Substitute 100 single unders for double unders
