10 single arm KB Press
10 KB Halo
10 TGU Sit-up
10 Scap Push up
10 Yoga Push up
10 Jump Squats

STRENGTH:
3 sets:
A1. Turkish Get-up x 2/side
A2. Ring Dip x 10
A3. DB Floor Press x 10

CONDITIONING:
5 rounds for time:
DB Snatch x 5/arm
Push up x 10
Single-arm Overhead Squat x 5/side
Sit up x 10

Time cap: 15 minutes
