PVC Duck Walk Forwards x 10
PVC Duck Walk Backwards x 10
Dead bug x 10
Inchworm x 5

STRENGTH:
Find a 1RM Front Squat

CONDITIONING:
4 rounds for time:
4 Front Squats (40% of your 1RM)
40 Double Unders
