WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
5 min mobility as needed

2 rounds:
10 Spiderman Step + OH Reach
10 Cossack Squat
10 Jump Squat
10 Crab Extension
10 Scap Push up
10 Tuck up

STRENGTH:
5 sets:
A1. Bench Press x 5
-Rest 2min
A2. Deadlift x 5
-Rest 2min

Swing for it-- go heavy with awe-inspiring form.

CONDITIONING:
10 min AMRAP:
2 Deadlift @ 50% of 5RM
10 Burpee-over-barbell
4 Deadlift @ 50% of 5RM + 20#
10 Burpee-over-barbell
6 Deadlift @ 50% of 5RM + 40#
10 Burpee-over-barbell
etc...
--continue adding 20# and 2 reps each round.
--Score is Total Burpees, Final Deadlift weight

FINISHER:
3 sets:
Barbell Curl x 10
Reverse Barbell Curl x 10
