A2. Russian KB Swing x 20
A3. Deficit HSPU Negative x 3

CONDITIONING:
20min EMOM:
min 1- 1 L-sit Rope Climb (sit start)

min 2- 5 Devil's Press

min 3- 10 HSPU

min 4- 20 Air Squat

min 5- Rest

-No Rx'd weight on Devil's Press. Keep lower back strong throughout, use hips and legs to generate power
