WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
Scorpion Stretch x 1min/side
2 sets:
5 Inchworm
10 Yoga Push ups
10 Scap Push ups
10 Scap Pull ups
:10 Active Lat Hang
10 Crab Extensions
10 Tap Swings on Bar

STRENGTH:
A1. Bench Press @33X3 x 3
A2. Feet Elevated Ring Row x 10

-tight and controlled on all of these. Use this to prime the pump for "Lynne", especially if you aren't sure what weight you should use for the bench.

CONDITIONING:
"Lynne"

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Note: there is no time component to this workout-- rest as needed. --Report Hightest/Lowest reps for each movement.
--Scale intensity so you can complete at least 5 reps/movement, ideally more like 8-10
