MOVEMENT PREP:

20/leg Prone banded hamstring curl
10 Pause Jump Squat
10 Cossack Squat
10 High Knee Lunge + Twist

STRENGTH:
Back Squat
-find 20RM

You probably only have 1, maybe 2 shots at 20 reps here. Warm up with a few sets, grab some spotters, and go for it. Aim for 65%, more if it feels solid.
