WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:
2 sets:
10 Cat/Seal Stretch
10 Scap Push up
10 Yoga Push up
5 Inchworm
10 Cossack Squat
10 Pause Squat
10 Tuck Jump

STRENGTH:
3-5 sets:
A1. Weighted Push-up x 3
A2. Max Height Box Jump x 2

--Push ups must be QUALITY REPS.
No worming, snaking, arching, piking, or other myriad flaws.
--For scaling, consider an elevated barbell set to a challenging height which you can maintain form and ROM
