30' Lateral Lunge
30' Spiderman Step + Rotational Reach
30' Inchworm
30' Bear Crawl
30' Crab Walk

STRENGTH:
5 sets:
A1. Bar Muscle-up x 3
A2. Overhead Squat x 5

Use this time to work on bar m/u technique and potential modifications for the conditioning. Set a 5RM on the Overhead Squat.

CONDITIONING:

20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (45/20)
10 Dumbbell OH Lunge
5 Bar Muscle-up
