10 Crab Extension

STRENGTH:
A. Clean Pull + Clean + Jerk (1 + 1 + 2)

20min to find heavy set of complex

CONDITIONING:
7 Rounds:
2-minute clock
Row 25/18 cal.
Jerks for max reps (205/145)

-Bar comes from the ground.
-There is no rest between rounds.
-Modify so that you're off the rower with at least 45 seconds to work on jerks.
