10 Burpees
400m jog

STRENGTH:

A1. Behind-the-neck Squat Press x 5
A2. Single Leg Box Jump x 2/side
A3. Bent Over DB Row x 10/side

CONDITIONING:
"Death by 10 meters"
1st minute, run 10m
2nd minute, run 20m
3rd minute, run 30m....

Workout ends when you cannot successfully cover the required distance in 60 seconds.
