30' High Knees
30' Bear Crawl
30' Broad Jump

STRENGTH:
A. 12min to find heavy Hang Power Clean

CONDITIONING:
5 rounds for time:
5 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
7 Front Squats (155/105)
5 Shoulder-to-Overhead (155/105)
7 Burpees Over Bar

--15min time cap.

This workout should be a gut check of intensity. Choose a weight you could definitely go unbroken with if needed.
