Lax ball traps x 1min/side
Lax ball hip flexors x 1min/side

2 rounds:
30' High Knees
30' Spiderman Step
30' Butt Kickers
30' Lateral Lunge

STRENGTH:
3 sets:
A1. Depth Drop Box Jumps x 3
-May start and end on any height platform, emphasize reaction time over box height.
-Incredible reaction time combined with tremendous height is acceptable.
A2. Handstand Walk practice- collect 60' OR 5-7 kick-up/attempts
