CONDITIONING:
Stache Training Series #2:

Teams of 2-3--
2 rounds (16min):
2 min AMRAP Axle Ground to Overhead
2 min AMRAP Sandbag Over Shoulder
2 min AMRAP 1-arm Farmer's Hold
2 min AMRAP Pinch Hold

--pick what you think will be challenging, but acheiveable weights to get a bunch of reps in. Ideally 1 implement per team. Holds are measured in seconds held off the ground.
