30' Broad Jump
30' Crab Walk
30' Carioca
30' Bear Crawl

STRENGTH:
A1. Accuracy Jumps
-jumping board to board. Stick the landing, challenge yourself on distance.

A2. Agility Ladder Drills
- High Knees x 2
- Ickey Shuffle x 2
- Lateral High Knees x 2/side
A3. Swing off jump x 3
--swing off bar to land on taget (plate, mat, etc.)

CONDITIONING:
8 min AMRAP:

8 Alternating DB Snatch
4 No Push up Renegade Row
8 DB Thruster
4 DB Box Jump
-same weight DB for all movements.
Score: Rounds + Reps, Weight of DB used
