STRENGTH:

A1. KB Snatch x 5/side
A2. KB Press x 5/side
A3. Plank KB Pull-under x 5/side

CONDITIONING:
Teams of 2, alternating complete movements

6 rounds for time:
200m farmer's carry (32/24kg per hand)
10 Goblet Squat
20 Russian KB Swing
